Robert has a wealth of experience spanning across the specialty insurance sector. Throughout his distinguished career, Robert has held numerous executive leadership roles for several Lloyd’s Brokers, and he is widely recognised for his expertise and ability to steer the significant growth and success of a company.

Dominic joined QRG in January 2024 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer where he chairs the Strategic Development & Production Committee. Prior to QRG, Dominic held roles as Head of Energy & Marine for two Lloyd’s Brokers and has project managed the design and implementation of new multi-line products including digital programs.

Martin joined Lloyd’s Broker Cooper Gay in 1971 and qualified as an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute before being appointed Director of Cooper Gay in 1978. Martin built the company’s Professional Indemnity and Financial Institutions division producing business from the UK, Europe and Worldwide, specialising in the leading Offshore Jurisdictions. He then became Chairman of Cooper Gay from 2001 overseeing regulation by the Financial Services Authority.

A market veteran of over 30 years with expertise in technology, front, middle and back-office operations across the broker and carrier community. Lance has provided support for a range of architecture, programme, and executive management roles in the Lloyd’s Market, London Market, General Insurance Market, Reinsurance Market and Financial Services Market holding senior executive roles for a leading carrier, as well as a leading broking house.

Over 20 years’ experience in general insurance distribution, including managing international clients across multiple markets for one of the largest global insurance companies. Richard sits on the Board of Directors of QRG and is responsible for the delivery and management of our MGA strategy.

Hannah provides high-level support to executives ensuring the smooth running of the business, assisting in many aspects of the company including Admin, Human Resources, Compliance and Marketing.

John joined QRG in November 2024, bringing over 40 years of experience in the London Insurance Market, performing a number of senior roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Lloyd’s Broking houses. Previously working for Marsh as Senior Vice President for over 24 years, John has been at the centre of building out two new start-up Lloyd’s brokers, where his previous knowledge, contacts, experience, including quote and bind technology solutions, have been pivotal.
